Meeting End Use Demands

1.2 Meeting End Use Demands

Once initial energy demands have been reduced as far as possible, focus needs to be directed on energy efficient plant/equipment and the performance management of the systems.

Typically these will address issues such as;-
  • Heat recovery and free-cooling systems
  • Effective control strategies for full/part-load conditions
  • Efficient distribution networks
  • Appropriate sizing and efficiency of system components
